I'm working on a new book. I'm still working on a title, but the book is about the human condition. It covers life and development from birth to death. Here are the images I've made so far.
So my camera broke over a month ago. (See 2 posts ago.) I've finally replaced it! So, in celebration of my new Canon Powershot SD 850, here is a picture from the little photo shoot I've been having since this afternoon. It is taken from the rooftop of my apartment building.
So over the holiday I went home to my mom's in good ol' Camp Hill, PA. While home I was asked and given the honor to paint a mural for my High School. I was only home for two weeks, but I accomplished a lot. Originally all these figures were all combined into one big image, but I was asked to spread them out to cover the whole room. I'll post the original sketch, once I unpack it... *And a note on the image quality. My camera recently broke and as I work on replacing it, I am forced to use my camera phone to take pictures. Please forgive the low quality.
This is a personal piece. It is about my friend's relationship with his mother. It's not so good currently. Hopefully things will get worked out. I'm trying something new here. That seems to be the theme... I'm trying to make my pencils look like my charcoal work. I'm happy with the way it turned out. Hopefully this will be the end of scanning giant drawings in lots of little pieces. As always, let me know what you think. :)
